Xenna has a degree in Sport, Physical Exercise & Coaching and is an ITEC Level 3 qualified sports massage therapist. She is focused on using sports massage to help clients’ recovery, maintenance, and event preparation. Whether you work within an office environment or sports setting, Xenna provides soft and deep tissue techniques in the pursuit of the best possible results.

Away from the workplace Xenna is an international hockey player, who understands first hand the benefits sports massage can have on athletic performance. Having suffered a high grade II tear a matter of weeks before competing in the Gold Coast Commonwealth Gamesa few years ago she experienced the importance of effective physiotherapy and sports massage in acute injury recovery. Having recently received her 100th Senior Cap for her country, Xenna competed in both the Commonwealth Games and European Championships this summer.

Having grown up in Alderley Edge, Xenna has returned from London where she worked in one of Europe’s top luxury gyms as a personal trainer and sports masseuse. She looks forward to working alongside Tim and the team at Alderley Chiropractic.
